What We Do For You
A Brief History
The North Carolina Association of Senior Citizen Clubs, Inc. (NCASCC) is the first statewide organization established to unify and coordinate activities for senior citizens' recreation clubs in North Carolina.
Founded in 1957 by representatives from local Parks and Recreation Departments and senior clubs, it was originally named the "North Carolina Council of Senior Citizens" before being renamed. The organization achieved 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status on September 14, 2014.
Our Mission
Our mission is to prevent isolation among our members by encouraging participation in activities that foster self-expression and community engagement. We organize local senior citizen clubs and promote communication and unity among seniors in North Carolina.

Quarterly Newsletters
Our quarterly newsletter, The Grapevine, keeps members updated on news, events, and success stories from clubs statewide. It promotes our mission and encourages active participation both locally and at the state level.
